At ZOOP US LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a California-based business, we provide the following transparent return policy in accordance with state law.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Dietary Supplements & Ingestibles: For the safety of our customers, all supplements, vitamins, and ingestible products are final sale once the safety seal is broken or the packaging is opened. Unopened supplements in their original, sealed factory packaging may be returned within 30 days.

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

• Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

• Sale items or gift cards.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
