Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

• During product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses

• Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ZOOP US LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

• Check with household members or neighbors

• Contact the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
